Gabriel Radzyminski - Managing Director and Portfolio Manager

As the founder of Sandon Capital, Gabriel Radzyminski has been involved in the financial services sector for more than 20 years. He has significant investment experience across a range of asset classes.

Gabriel is Chairman of Sandon Capital Investments Limited (ASX:SNC). He serves as executive director of Mercantile Investment Company Limited (ASX:MVT) and is a non-executive director of Future Generation Investment Company Limited (ASX:FGX) . He is former Chairman of Armidale Investment Company Limited (ASX:AIK) and was a non-executive director of RHG Limited (ASX:RHG).

Gabriel has a BA(Hons) and MCom from the University of New South Wales.


Campbell Morgan - Analyst

Campbell joined Sandon Capital in 2014 and has 13 years of experience in both Australian and international financial markets. Prior to joining Sandon Capital, Campbell managed a Global Materials portfolio for Millennium, a New York based hedge fund with US$25bn under management.  Preceding this, he was a Senior Analyst for a Global Industrials portfolio at Citadel Investment Group, a US$25b Chicago based hedge fund.  Campbell started his career in Australia, working in the Investment Bank at ANZ and after that as an Equity Research Analyst for Merrill Lynch before moving overseas in 2007 to work in Funds Management.

Robin Yandle - Independent Non-Executive Chairman

Robin has a wealth of investment experience spanning 30 years, including 10 years in funds management and 20 years in institutional stockbroking. He has previously held senior positions with Deutsche Bank, Bain & Co. and the Rothschild Group in Australia. 

Robin commenced his career as an equity analyst with the Bank of NSW Investment Management (now Westpac).

Robin is non-executive Chairman of Denning Pryce, a boutique funds management firm.


J James Altonaga - COO & Head of Marketing

With 16 years of experience in international financial markets.  At Sandon, he is responsible for day-to-day oversight of the non-investment functions including Business Development, Technology, Operations and Investor Relations.

Most recently, as COO and executive director of an Asia based hedge fund, where he was responsible for all non-investment related activities for the funds including risk management, compliance and fund raising.  Prior to that he was Senior Vice President for the Northern Trust Hedge Funds Services (NTHFS) division.  He was a member of the regional Management Team & Risk Committee and globally sat on the NTHFS Management and Executive Leadership Team as well as the Hedge Fund Services Risk Committee.  In Chicago, he managed the BUC team for Citadel Investment Group responsible for all valuations, price verification, trading P&L and risk sensitivity analytics. In addition, he helped design, test and implement the middle office technology platform used by Citadel, and clients of Omnium which became NTHFS.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from CSU, Los Angeles and a Certificate in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.  Jeb also recently began studying law through the LPAB at University of Sydney.
